These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Actiz for using actiz.shop and buying our rabbit beds and hutches. Please read them carefully.

1. Accepting These Terms

By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked within them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Actiz and able to enter a binding contract. We sell to customers with delivery addresses in the United States only.

4. Product Information and Pricing

  • We work to describe and photograph each bed and hutch accurately, but colors can look different from screen to screen.
  • All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout.
  • We may correct errors in product descriptions, images, pricing or availability at any time, including after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel it.

5. Orders: Acceptance, Cancellation and Refusal

  • An order confirmation email confirms we received your order; it doesn't guarantee acceptance.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, the order can't be verified or fraud is suspected.
  • You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order, before it ships, by contacting us through our Contact Us page.

6. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected in cash, in USD, when your order is delivered. A refused COD order is cancelled. See our Payment Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is FREE on all orders, and we ship to the United States only. Delivery takes 5–8 business days in total (1–2 business days handling plus 4–6 business days transit). Estimated times are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date with a free return label and no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive your return, by bank transfer or store credit. See our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Safe Use of Our Products

Please follow the instructions on each product page, supervise your rabbit when introducing a new bed or hutch, and inspect it regularly for chewing or wear. Information on our site is general and is not veterinary advice; talk to your veterinarian about your pet's specific needs.

10. Accounts and Communications

If you create an account, keep your login details private; you're responsible for activity under your account. By ordering, you agree to receive emails about your order. Marketing emails can be unsubscribed from at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos and design of actiz.shop belong to Actiz or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

12. Prohibited Uses

When using our site, you agree not to:

  • break any law or encourage others to do so
  • submit false information or place fraudulent orders
  • upload viruses or code meant to damage or disrupt the site
  • scrape, copy or harvest site content or customer data
  • interfere with the site's security or other people's use of it

We may suspend access or cancel orders connected to prohibited use.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our site may link to services run by others, such as YouTube, Pinterest or Google. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent the law allows, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” This disclaimer does not limit your rights under our Return & Refund Policy or any rights you have under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Actiz from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a concern comes up, please contact us first at support@actiz.shop so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that can't be settled informally will be handled by the local courts with jurisdiction over our business address in Texas.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked here, form the full agreement between you and Actiz.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new Last Updated date, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
