Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them, together with the tools below, to keep your cart working, remember preferences and understand site traffic:
- Shopify Analytics: shows us how visitors use our store, such as pages visited and purchases completed.
- Google Analytics: reports on traffic and site activity.
- Google Ads and the Google & YouTube app: conversion tracking that tells us whether our ads lead to visits and orders.
To see how Google handles information from sites that use its services, visit How Google uses data. Shopify's own practices are described in the Shopify Privacy Policy.
You can manage or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block certain cookies, some features, such as the shopping cart, may not work as expected.
Who Receives Your Information
We do NOT sell or share your personal information. We pass limited information only to the service providers that help us run the store, and only so they can perform that work for us:
- Shopify: hosts our online store, checkout and order emails.
- Trusted shipping carriers: deliver your package and collect Cash on Delivery payments.
- Track123: powers our order tracking page.
- Google: provides the analytics and ad measurement described above.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information when the law, a court order or the protection of rights and safety requires it.
Marketing Emails
With your email address, we send order updates, abandoned cart reminders and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of those messages. Emails about an order you've placed will still be sent.
Data Security and Retention
Our store runs on Shopify's secure platform, and information moves between your browser and our site over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to customer information is limited to what each task requires.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to complete orders, handle returns and support, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other U.S. state privacy laws give you rights over your data. Actiz extends these rights to all of our customers:
- Access: ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete: ask us to erase your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Equal treatment: using any of these rights will never affect the price or service you receive.
Making a Privacy Request
- By email: support@actiz.shop (subject line: “Privacy Request”)
- By phone: +1 972-291-5270, Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Central Time (CT)
We'll confirm your identity by matching details we already hold, then respond within the time allowed by law. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission. If we decline a request, you can reply to ask us to review that decision. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there's no separate form or link to use: every privacy request is handled by email or phone.
Children's Privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Under our Terms of Service, purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or older.
Changes to This Policy
When we update this policy, we'll revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Significant changes take effect once posted here.
